How to Use Revitin (The Recommended Routine)

Step 1: Tongue Scraping
Start by using a tongue scraper to remove the bacterial buildup that accumulates overnight or throughout the day. Do this first thing in the morning before you swallow anything. Scrape from back to front 5-7 times, rinsing the scraper between passes. This removes toxins, reduces bad breath at the source, and preps your mouth for the rest of your routine. Do the same in the evening before you brush your teeth.

Step 2: Waterpik + Floss
Use a waterpik to flush out debris between teeth and along the gumline. This step is especially important for reaching areas your toothbrush can't and helps reduce inflammation in gum pockets. Aim the stream at a 90-degree angle to the gumline and work your way around your entire mouth.

Step 3: Brush with Revitin
Apply a pea-sized amount of Revitin (Mint or Citrus) to a soft-bristled toothbrush. Brush gently for 2 minutes, making sure to reach all surfaces of your teeth and along the gumline. The key here is gentle—aggressive brushing can damage enamel and gum tissue, so let the toothpaste and your electric toothbrush motion do the work.
