Refund policy

 

We want you to love what you buy. If something isn't right, we'll work with you to make it right—within reason. Health and wellness products have some limitations (nobody wants used supplements), but we'll do our best to help.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Changed your mind? Email us immediately at info@emmezhealth.com with your order number.

If we haven't shipped it yet, we can cancel it. Once it's shipped, we'll help you process a return when it arrives (see return policy below).

RETURNS

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date

What We Accept:

  • Unopened products in original, resalable condition

  • Unused products with all original packaging and seals intact

  • Products without damage or tampering

What We Don't Accept:

  • Opened or used products (health and safety reasons)

  • Products past 30 days from delivery

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Please double-check your order before placing it. We can't add items or change shipping addresses after an order is submitted.

HOW TO START A RETURN

Email us at info@emmezhealth.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Item(s) you want to return

  3. Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve!)

We'll confirm eligibility and send you return instructions. Please don't ship items back without contacting us first.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Received something damaged or defective? Email us within 7 days of delivery at info@emmezhealth.com with:

  • Photos of the damage/defect

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

We'll replace it or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

SHIPPING RETURNS

You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We're not responsible for returns lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not issued while items are in transit

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless we made an error

  • Items not in resalable condition may receive a partial refund or restocking fee
